A Guide to Guaranteed Fat Loss Diet
What exactly should you eat for fat loss?🤷♀️
Well, this is where all those years of trying out fad fat loss diets only to crash and burn come in to play. You can safely rule out ‘diet rules’ that don’t work for you and are impossible to adhere to. Guaranteed Fat Loss comes over time with the right plan that works for you.
What works best for YOU?
First rule of Fat Loss is a negative energy balance. That’s right kids, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Diet is only part of that equation. And for best results, you need to find changes that you can stick to. Changes that help you cut out some unnecessary calories but don’t make you starving, crazy, or hating your life.
Helpful Tips for Fat Loss:
- Do you like to eat all day? Try smaller meals spread throughout the day and munching on fresh veggies in between.
- 🤪Are you a binge eater? Spread your calories into 2 or 3 big meals a day.
- 🕰Have trouble shutting it down after starting to eat? Try Intermittent fasting and setting up a feeding window, allowing yourself to consume your calories in a 6-8 hour block.
- 🍕Like the foods you eat now? Eat them, but smaller portions if you’re looking to lose weight.
- Hate the way you feel with current diet? Make more nutritious swaps.
THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS TO DO THIS!
What is healthiest?
Consuming foods with lots of nutrients, of course! Such as: vegetables🥦, fruits🍍, meat🥩, and dairy🧀! Duhhhh 😉

Personally, I’ve had luck skipping some carbs and mainly focusing on protein consumption. Like, skipping toast with my eggs (and adding egg whites 🍳), skipping the bun on my burger 🍔, turning taco/burrito into a large salad 🌮🌯🥗, and doubling up on steamed veggies over potatoes 🍠🥦🥦.
The last one is the hardest one, I love potatoes of all kinds. BUT! When I do have them, I appreciate it all the more 😋
ABOVE ALL ELSE!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT hate on yourself for eating cookies 🍪, or having ice cream 🍨, or going off plan for a moment. Having one of those adds, what, 150-300 calories? So? Skip a side at dinner or brush your teeth and go to bed. It’s the all out binge of 1,000+ calories after getting all weepy we “broke” our diet that really hurts us.
Consistency over time is what is key 🔑😁.
